Planning a birthday, casual get-together, or small celebration? At SERV, hosting a group of 20 and under is simple, flexible, fully automated, and designed to keep the focus on fun—not logistics!
Small parties are available during SERV weekend regular kitchen hours, which are as follows:
Friday: 4 PM – 11 PM – Saturday: 10 AM – 11 PM – Sunday: 10 AM – 10 PM
Reserve your table, cabana or container party experience through our online reservation system, and when you arrive, your group can order directly from our full menu. No pre-planning required—just show up, settle in, and enjoy.
While you’re here, your celebration naturally becomes part of the SERV experience. Guests are welcome to enjoy our regularly scheduled weekend entertainment. Looking to add a little friendly competition? Our yard games are typically set out daily and available for guests to jump in and play at no additional charge.
You may also reserve one or more pickleball courts with your party, subject to availability. The number of courts available will vary by day, due to leagues, corporate events and more. Please note: you must complete your online booking before reserving your court(s). Once you have completed your booking and received your event confirmation message, simply call our pickleball court manager at 913.300.1418 with your event confirmation and book from the courts available.
SERV Cabana Experience
Enjoy a private, open-air gathering space with comfortable seating for 6-8, TVs, and easy access to food and drinks from any of our four food-forward concepts – DINKS, SMASH BOWL, TACODILE and SLAMMERS. Perfect for casual celebrations, watch parties, and social events that want a little extra VIP treatment.
SERV Party Pod Experience
Host your group with a home base of fully enclosed, climate-controlled space that fits up to eight. These containers are designed for comfort and convenience. Party Pods offer a more private setting to gather and come back to while keeping you connected to all the energy and excitement happening all over the SERV footprint.
SERV Table Experience
Reserve a dedicated table inside or outside the venue and enjoy great food, drinks, and entertainment by simply purchasing directly from any of our four food-forward options- DINKS, SMASH BOWL, TACODILE and SLAMMERS. It’s an easy, affordable option for birthdays, happy hours, graduations, and more.
PRIVATE CABANAS
INDOOR VIP SPACE
Small parties can also enjoy our exclusive indoor VIP space in Overland Park for parties and private events. Experience a luxurious setting designed with your comfort in mind.
Our VIP Room can accommodate up to 20 guests indoors. If you’d like to open the sliding glass garage door and enjoy the private patio, the space can comfortably accommodate up to 40 guests. Your friends will truly feel special, like guests of honor.
This room is available for small parties for a flat fee of $500, plus catering costs, a 20% gratuity, and a 5% private event service fee. To book this room, please contact our Sales Manager here.

We went to Serv in Overland Park while my son was in town and invited about 25 people—great turnout and a really fun night. The place has a cool, open vibe, and there was even a live band for a Kentucky Derby party which made it even better. We played pickleball for two hours and everyone loved it!

We love coming here! Make sure you reserve a court ahead of time. They have plenty of hang of areas and plenty of food spots, indoor and outdoor courts, and a full restaurant. Great food and drinks and the staff are amazing. Highly recommend.

What types of private events can I host at SERV?
How far in advance should I book my event?
Small parties of 20 or fewer can book through our fully automated online reservation system up to three days before their event. We recommend booking as soon as possible, as all tables and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. For larger parties and events, we recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, especially during peak seasons. Larger events or full buyouts may require additional lead time.
How do I book my event?
Click the appropriate button above based on your party size. Smaller groups will follow our automated booking process. Larger parties will be contacted by our Event Sales Manager after submitting the appropriate form.
What is the capacity for events at SERV?
Our spaces range from intimate party cabanas and containers for 6+ guests to large-scale events for 500+ people. Small parties can choose from multiple options through our automated small-party system, while groups of 21 or more will be presented with a variety of options by our sales team.
Can we customize the menu or activities?
Depending on the size of your event, we offer a variety of street food–inspired eats, shareable plates, and drink packages that can be tailored to your group’s tastes, plus plenty of entertainment options to match your vibe.

Is a deposit required to reserve the event?
Yes. For groups of 20 or fewer, you will book through our automated system, and your cabana, container, or table fee, as well as the cake-cutting fee, if applicable, will be charged to your credit or debit card at that time. Your food will be purchased from your designated area on the day of the event.
For groups of 21 or more, a portion of the event total is required as a deposit to secure your date; the exact amount is based on your event details. Deposits are fully refundable up to seven (7) business days prior to the event.
