Cabana Party Experience
Looking for the perfect gathering spot for your next birthday, celebration, watch party, or family get together? Our private Cabanas offer a comfortable, reserved home base for 6–8 guests at a time, while giving everyone the freedom to explore everything SERV has to offer.
Located on either side of our turf area in front of the outdoor stage, our Cabanas combine comfort, convenience, and flexibility. Each Cabana features comfortable lounge furniture, private TVs, and seasonal heaters and fans to help keep your group comfortable throughout your visit. Whether you’re cheering on your favorite team, celebrating a special occasion, or simply gathering with friends, your Cabana provides the perfect place to relax between all the activities happening around SERV.

One of the best parts of the Cabana Experience is that your group can enjoy the privacy and comfort of a reserved space while still taking advantage of everything SERV has to offer. Easy access to the pickleball courts to observe match play, enjoy live entertainment, grab a drink, challenge friends to games, or simply kick back and relax in your own dedicated gathering space.

SERV offers a unique food experience inspired by fun, food truck-style container concepts.
Guests can order directly from any of our four food containers located throughout the campus:

Featuring juicy, perfectly seared smash burgers, crispy golden fries, and some of the best tots around.

You’re welcome to bring your own celebratory cake or cupcakes to enjoy with your group. To maintain the quality of the SERV experience and support our food and beverage offerings, decorated cakes, cookies or cupcakes are the only outside food items permitted (subject to a $15 outside dessert fee).
Cocktails, Beer & More
SERV features a full-service bar during regular operating hours, offering domestic, import and craft beers, wines, seltzers, and handcrafted cocktails. Whether you’re enjoying a casual gathering or celebrating a special occasion, our beverage menu offers something for everyone. From ice-cold draft beer to creative signature cocktails, our team is ready to help raise a glass to your occasion.
Hosting your gathering on a Saturday or Sunday? Your guests can also enjoy SERV’s popular brunch menu and drink specials during regular brunch hours, making our Cabanas an excellent choice for morning and early afternoon celebrations.
Add Pickleball to the Experience
Want to make your gathering even more memorable? Pickleball court reservations can easily be added through the Plan2Play app. Whether you’re introducing friends to the game or planning a little friendly competition, pickleball is a great addition to any celebration. Please note pickleball can be booked one week out, due to our league play and corporate events. If courts are booked at the time you attempt, you can enjoy our complimentary games throughout the complex. Rest easy though, SERV does allow experience cancellations up to 72 hours prior to your event if pickleball is a deal breaker!

What types of private events can I host at SERV?
You can book private online parties of 20 or less for all kinds of special events including birthdays, graduations, watch parties, engagement parties, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, wedding showers, baby showers, retirements and so much more.
How far in advance should I book my event?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, especially during peak seasons. Pickleball may be booked one week in advance.
How do I book my event?

Can we bring a birthday cake?
You’re welcome to bring your own celebratory cake or cupcakes to enjoy with your group. To maintain the quality of the SERV experience and support our food and beverage offerings, decorated cakes, cookies or cupcakes are the only outside food items permitted ($10 Outside Dessert fee).
Can we bring our own food or drinks?
With the exception of the birthday cake or cookies above, no outside food and beverages are permitted.

Is a deposit required to reserve the event?
Yes. You will make your full payment for the rental at the time of reservation when booking your Party Experience. You will pay for food and beverages as you order at the venue. Your rental may be cancelled and fully refunded up to 72 hours prior to the event.
