We went to Serv in Overland Park while my son was in town and invited about 25 people—great turnout and a really fun night. The place has a cool, open vibe, and there was even a live band for a Kentucky Derby party which made it even better. We played pickleball for two hours and everyone loved it!

We love coming here! Make sure you reserve a court ahead of time. They have plenty of hang of areas and plenty of food spots, indoor and outdoor courts, and a full restaurant. Great food and drinks and the staff are amazing. Highly recommend.

What types of private events can I host at SERV?
How far in advance should I book my event?
Small parties of 20 or fewer can book through our fully automated online reservation system up to three days before their event. We recommend booking as soon as possible, as all tables and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. For larger parties and events, we recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, especially during peak seasons. Larger events or full buyouts may require additional lead time.
How do I book my event?
Click the appropriate button above based on your party size. Smaller groups will follow our automated booking process. Larger parties will be contacted by our Event Sales Manager after submitting the appropriate form.
What is the capacity for events at SERV?
Our spaces range from intimate party cabanas and containers for 6+ guests to large-scale events for 500+ people. Small parties can choose from multiple options through our automated small-party system, while groups of 21 or more will be presented with a variety of options by our sales team.
Can we customize the menu or activities?
Depending on the size of your event, we offer a variety of street food–inspired eats, shareable plates, and drink packages that can be tailored to your group’s tastes, plus plenty of entertainment options to match your vibe.

Is there parking available?
Is a deposit required to reserve the event?
Yes. For groups of 20 or fewer, you will book through our automated system, and your cabana, container, or table fee, as well as the cake-cutting fee, if applicable, will be charged to your credit or debit card at that time. Your food will be purchased from your designated area on the day of the event.
For groups of 21 or more, a portion of the event total is required as a deposit to secure your date; the exact amount is based on your event details. Deposits are fully refundable up to seven (7) business days prior to the event.
