Court Reservations:
We reserve the right to move your reservation to a court different from the one originally booked. For the best booking experience, please download the app.

Booking Assistance:
If you have questions about your booking, need to cancel, or reschedule, please call us at 913-395-9378 or email pickleball@servfun.com. Cancellations made through the app will be credited to your account. For a full refund, please contact us directly.

Large Group Reservations:
Groups of 12+: Dedicated seating and service are not guaranteed with your court reservation. For dedicated seating and service, please contact events@servfun.com.

Private Event Inquiries:
For assistance with private event inquiries, including court bookings more than a week in advance, please complete this form. Future court bookings and special event reservations are subject to minimum spend requirements and include guaranteed courts.

Check-In:
Upon arrival, please check in at the blue pickleball desk located in the pickleball warehouse. Please note, SERV’s dining room and bar are open for service Monday – Thursday starting at 3 PM and Saturday & Sunday starting at 11 AM.

Waivers:
All players must complete a waiver before playing.
