Court Pricing Update:

Starting December 9th, 2024, sales tax will appear as a separate line item on all court reservations. Since opening in 2023, SERV has covered sales tax as part of our pricing. This update ensures greater transparency and aligns with industry standards. For questions, contact us at pickleball@servfun.com.

Court Reservations:
We may adjust your reservation to a court different from the one originally booked.
For the smoothest experience, download our app to book and manage your reservations.
Court reservations are available to the public one week in advance.

Booking Assistance:
Have questions, need to cancel, or reschedule? Reach us at 913-300-1418 or email pickleball@servfun.com.
Cancellations made through the app will result in account credits.
Refund Policy:
Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: 100% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: 50% refund.

Large Group Reservations:
Groups of 12+: Dedicated seating and service are NOT included with a standard court reservation.
For guaranteed seating and service, please contact events@servfun.com to explore our group packages.

Private Event Inquiries:
Planning a private event or booking courts more than a week in advance? Fill out this form.
Private reservations may require a minimum spend and include guaranteed courts.

Check-In:
Upon arrival, check in at the blue pickleball desk in the pickleball warehouse.

Dining Room & Bar Hours:
Monday–Thursday: Open at 3 PM
Saturday & Sunday: Open at 11 AM

Waivers:
All players must complete a waiver before playing.
